Dear Randall:
I wanted to let you know how happy we are with our new WEATHERFONE™.
As you know, we were an Audichron customer for eighteen years, and had reservations
about replacing something that wasn't broken.
Since the installation on March 6 of this year we have had countless calls from our
customers complementing the new service and thanking us for expanding it. This can be
attributed to the faster pick-up time and the weather forcasts. With your system, we are
now able to offer this service to all of our 14,000+ customers, and I cannot even begin to
tell you how much they appreciate it.
The benefits of switching from Audichron range all of the way from price to service. You
have a much superior product than what we were accustomed to and I thank you for
bringing it to my attention and for the excellent service that we have received from you.

Sincerely,

Brian E. Koenig

Dear Randall:
Broadcasters in all size markets are looking for ways to increase revenue. Non-spot revenue,
non-traditional revenue are two current "buzz words" in our industry.
Everyone seems to talk about web pages, and interactive phone information systems as the
new frontier for new sources of revenue. I'm here to say the simple delivery of time,
temperature, and forecast via phone is one of the easiest and most profitable ways for a
radio or TV station in any size market to make money.
No exaggeration, selling the 222-2222 time and temperature number in Indianapolis is as
easy as "shooting fish in a barrel." We expect to have revenue in excess of $12,000 per
month, with recurring monthly expenses of less than $400. Radio and TV stations who
offer this as a "free" value added service, are selling this thing short. This is a great way to
allow smaller advertisers in a large market to tie into a meaningful advertising vehicle
associated with a station they could not normally afford.
Many broadcasters may think it's "too small market." Do the math, it certainly makes
sense in any size market.
Sincerely,

John Kesler
Senior Account Executive
